• No personal or business information will be sold or released to other companies, businesses or individuals.
  
• All prices quoted are in Canadian funds.
  
• For projects estimated over $500.00, 30% of estimate deposit required before work is started and final payment is due upon project completion.
  
• For our mutual protection, a simple contract will be drawn up and signed by both the client and electric quill, outlining services, costs, start and end date agreed upon.
  
• All estimates are provided to the best of our ability following initial review/consultation.
  
• There is a $15.00 minimum for all services.
  

DELIVERY:

• No charge for e-mail delivery.
  
• Other methods of delivery, [FedEx, Loomis, UPS, etc.] will be sent to client COD.
  
• All files are virus checked prior to transmission.
